My personal yoga journey began in 2014 at a time when I was frazzled and stressed from the hectic and demanding London life which manifested itself in poor health. The transformation I have gone through since then has been incredible. In September 2018 I took the plunge and began my 200-hr teacher training with Yoga London. The reason for doing so was in many regards inexplicable, all I knew was that I wanted to share the benefits with others. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and you definitely don't need to be flexible, skinny or on a beach to get the benefits.

Yoga allows us to become more in tune with who we are, what we are part of and what work needs to be done; be it physically, mentally or spiritually. It allows us to become grateful for even the simplest things and to give fresh perspective on a life which often has become so over-complicated and filled with stress and anxieties. This can be done through physical movement, taking your body in to places it normally doesn’t experience on a day to day basis. It can be done through becoming aware of the breath, deepening, slowing down and tuning into our inner world. It can be done through practicing gratitude and the lessons that every life experience gives us. Yoga is a rich, life-long journey and each person’s journey and practice will be a different one. So I'd love you to join me on a mat or chair soon.

What to bring?

Comfortable clothing, a yoga/sports mat (if you don’t have one please email me and I will bring one for you, this includes chair yoga classes), water & an open mind & heart. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Private Class 1 : 1

Online / Cotswolds / Oxfordshire

1 : 1’s can be great for many reasons, a few of which I’ve listed below;

  • if you don’t have the confidence to attend a public class

  • you don’t have time to attend a class and/or would like the convenience of someone coming to your home

  • you would like a personalised class that is right for your body

  • if you’re working with an injury.

I love teaching 1 : 1 as there is more opportunity to work on correct alignment, ensuring you are getting the most from your practice. It is a chance to fully relax, tuning in to your mind, body and spirit and seeing what you need at each particular session. Some days you’ll want a slower practice and other days you might want something more challenging. The choice is always yours.

What you’ll need;

A private space in your home where we won’t be disturbed. Your own mat (or I can advise on what to buy), comfortable clothing and an open mind.

£50 – £85 for a one hour session, price dependent on location and requirements.

If you would like to discuss this further or if you have any questions please get in touch.

Corporate Classes

I can also bring yoga to your place of work, giving colleagues a chance to slow down, re-set and bring peace of mind in an otherwise busy day whilst having a bit of fun. These can be chair or mat based classes.

£50 for a 30 minute session / £80 for a one hour session, plus mat hire @ £2 per mat

If you would like to discuss this further or if you have any questions please get in touch.
