If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

All classes are £10 drop-in or you can buy a Six Class Pass for £48 (£8 a class) – passes are valid for 2 months.

* Please note: if you are wanting to practice post-natal the general advice is that the first 6 weeks after birth are a time for bonding with the baby and for your body to heal post birth. By the end of the first 6/7 weeks and after the postnatal check (12 weeks post caesarean) women should be ready to return to their regular practice of yoga, but it is important to listen to what your body is ready to do. Please consult your GP for advice on when to resume/start practising yoga.

Private Class 1 : 1

Online / Oxford / Oxfordshire

1 : 1’s can be great for many reasons, a few of which I’ve listed below;

  • if you don’t have the confidence to attend a public class

  • you don’t have time to attend a class and/or would like the convenience of someone coming to your home

  • you would like a personalised class that is right for your body

  • if you’re working with an injury.

I love teaching 1 : 1 as there is more opportunity to work on correct alignment, ensuring you are getting the most from your practice. It is a chance to fully relax, tuning in to your mind, body and spirit and seeing what you need at each particular session. Some days you’ll want a slower practice and other days you might want something more challenging. The choice is always yours.

What you’ll need;

A private space in your home where we won’t be disturbed. Your own mat (or I can advise on what to buy), comfortable clothing and an open mind.

£50 – £85 for a one hour session, price dependent on location and requirements.

If you would like to discuss this further or if you have any questions please get in touch.
